but anyways. I'm going to update you all on my adventures here.There was a tornado that went through Durham. It killed a small boy, 11 at a camp site not too far from my aunts house. The young boys mother was with him she fortunately was not harmed. Many barns and houses were in fact destroyed by this tornado.
Tuesday, August 25th I went to a market called the "Keady Market." You can buy fresh fruit/veggies you can buy jewelry and all sorts of things people just do not need. There is also an auction house. Now people at this auction house don't auction off old goods they have. No, no they auction off animals. Rabbits, ducks, chickens, hamsters, doves, all sorts of animals. But remember they're not for eating! Ha ha ha. My aunt and I were auctioning off her three doves which my aunt did not like because they smell, they won't shut up and they're just plain annoying.
I ran into this girl named Jennifer. I used to be friends with her when I was young we would sneak into the neighbors back yard and pick raspberries and run off home and eat them. Now seeing her after not talking to her or even knowing shes still alive for maybe 4-5 years it was VERY awkward. In my head I was like "say you have to go say you have to go" but no she invited me to her house which i said no to since my aunt was about to call me for supper. Then I saw here AGAIN the following day and she invited me over again but i said no again this time I invited her over after I said no and she said "Oh yes I'll get dressed and call you" She never called! I was laughing to myself for a while.
Oh yes what a blast I am having but at last I will be returning to Toronto Saturday or Sunday. HOORAY I miss my warm bed plus these dogs are driving me nutty too much licking and barking and following me everywhere!
